Custom Work

Because services are customized and often performed on location, outcomes may vary based on surface conditions, environmental factors, and site readiness. BTV Media makes no guarantees beyond professional workmanship consistent with industry standards.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all artwork, logos, or creative materials they provide. BTV Media does not claim ownership of client-supplied content.

Liability

BTV Media is not responsible for pre-existing conditions of walls, surfaces, or structures. Liability is limited to the value of services provided, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law
